My stylist took the time to do a many konsult as questions was receptive to my input and attention to detail. I also witness that kind of attention to customers from stylists around me very personable and warm as well. I was struck by the lack of gossip and backbiting that I used to hear going to a salon. The stylist that worked on my hair was very friendly and knowledgeable. She walked me through what my hair needs and how to take care of it, which I desperately needed. She is the first person I've had work with my hair that made me feel welcome and I absolutely loved my hair after.
