Ale customer service was excellent. She took her time to talk to me about my daughter's hair needs. I love that she recommended products and demonstrated how to use them, she also gave me a written document of when and how to use the products.

The salon was a referral, so there's always a little apprehension there; however, Niecy the stylist put my apprehension to rest. She was very professional and very experienced. I will definitely book more appointments with Niecy. She was awesome!!
