Ale was wonderful. She listened when I described my hair goals. She asked for pictures of my desired style. She provided useful tips and provided product recommendations for me to use at home. It was my first time getting highlights all over my hair and I was somewhat anxious. She gave me just enough and it was subtle and natural, exactly what I wanted!
