The shop was all around great! From when I first walked and was greeted with a smile right away. The appointment started on time which you don't see very often. Alaina the stylist was very friendly and welcoming. She explained the whole process before she started and while she was doing each step. Makenzie the lady that washed and defined my curls also explain each product she used and showed me how much she was using. Overall great experience!!!
