I was a little weary when I arrived bc I came in a few minutes early and the seat I was given to wait was soo uncomfortable- no one offered a word or water even though my stylist was almost 15 minutes late (finishing up with someone else which I totally understand) but it didn't feel very welcoming or that I mattered. But as always my hair cut and style was amazing!! And once I was in her chair it felt back to normal-if it were my first time though I may not have stayed to get the amazing part
