My stylist was super sweet and knowledgeable, was gentle with my tender head, and truly transformed my hair. She also taught me how to do my hair so I could get the same results. She didn't shove any products down my throat, but did answer my questions when I inquired about them. Overall, a great experience! (Little pricey tho 🫣)
