• I didn't like being made to sign a contract - made me feel as if you didn't have confidence in your work. The other thing was it was unclear to me that I wasn't getting a base treatment for whole head, rather just roots. I like my results and really like my stylist, but management seemed pushy. Also, I paid 100s of dollars for product to stop hair loss that hasn't worked - this is very disappointing and I don't have a disposable income that is robust enough to spend that much cash on a unguaranteed product. My guess is you guys mark up 70%.
