Hated to do this but thought my other reviews would be misleading to folks searching for a great place to go. Hadn't been as happy with things here since first Vessna disappeared, and secondly Cellina left. I think having a good, experienced mature person running the front desk makes a BIG difference. If there happens to be an issue with your hair experience it's much easier to discuss it with a professional. Who's always there. The turn over of the younger front desk staff is just one of the unsettling things that led me to leave.

The color bar concept is the other. Not being able to see how or what section of your head your stylist is coloring is bothersome in being able to communicate accurately with her. If I'm not able to watch where color is being applied, how am I supposed to say, "more highlights in this particular area please".

I'm sure there are good stylists here. Just be aware that you won't know what's happening with your color as its all applied in a central area with no mirrors around.

This salon overcharged me 35.00, At checkout for a conditioner done at shampoo bowl. I was given the price of color for roots n pull thru n I agreed.

I did not agree on a 35.00 conditioner n when I questioned it at check out I was told that the colorist put it on at bowl. This is not acceptable procedure and very unprofessional. I would not go back nor would I recommend.

If I could bow down to this place while writing this review, I would.... Veronica Stone Salon is nothing short of AMAZING.

Salon atmosphere/cleanliness: 5stars
I walked in here on a Tuesday night, which was rather slow given I was my stylist's last appointment. I was greeted at the door and was asked for anything to drink and for my coat to be hung up... I appreciate the hospitality in a service-like experience more than you could ever know. The salon area was neat/clean... no fuzzy hair balls in corners like you see on that Tabatha Salon Makeover show.

VERY friendly staff; I loved my hairstylist Lauren.... She was professional, friendly, comfortable to talk to, and very well educated/experienced but their ENTIRE staff is if you ever look on their website and read their bios. Regardless of the stylist, you are in GOOD hands.

I received a haircut and think its average for a suburban area. I think it depends on the stylist skill set or level they are at but the prices are definitely affordable. They also have a great referral program... each person you refer gets you and the new guest a credit of $10 which is a great incentive!!

It's a very convenient location, just off Highway 9 and in the same shopping plaza as the Montana Grill and down the road from the 'Cue. It is a well-lit area and lots of parking so you never need to worry!

I want to write this review because I used to be a hairdresser and my experience was worth bragging about. I think it's VERY hard to find someone right off the back you like and a salon you instantly feel comfortable in but that was my entire experience. This place deserves more than just the 2 reviews (counting mine) it received here on Yelp and only hope more people are inspired to come here.

I have been a customer of this salon since it first opened. The stylists are the best!

So we were getting prepared for a wedding ceremony. Of course my lovely bride needed her hair done. Our other plans had fallen through. The Veronica Stone Salon wasn't even open, but we were some how able to get a hold Veronica herself. She had a stylist there within 40 minutes of our conversation. The stylist Janelle did a wonderful job and everyone helped make our day the best! Thank you guys so much! It really made a difference and for one happy spectacular day.

Kathy couldn't have been better! She gave me the balayage look I wanted and I'm so happy. I've already booked my next appointment with her. It was quite expensive but it's worth it for the time and care they give you!

Super friendly service and I like the atmosphere but they never do a really good job for what I want my hair to look like. This salon is honestly just a step above super cuts, it's good if you're in the area and just need a trim and don't wanna go to somewhere like super cuts and totally have your hair messed up but if you're looking for anything intricate or stylized I wouldn't recommend this salon

I'm so impressed by Jaqueline! I brought in pictures, and she listened and gave me her feedback. I left with an amazing haircut! I've never had a stylist that took their time and really listened to what I wanted. She's very patient and skilled. I think I paid about $50ish for my cut, well worth it. Highly recommend! The salon is nice enough - it's kind of off the beaten path and the front desk people aren't snooty (which is such a turn off when you are new to a salon). My only negative is the salon really pushes products and their "special" of the day.

Awful salon! There are a few good stylist at this salon, however the owner is a awful. Let me start, if you want extensions, go elsewhere and for that matter, with all services. My hair was absolutely destroyed by poor placement of the extension causing me to keep the extensions in to have decent hair. Secondly, color, my stylist left and when I transferred to another girl, she used color on my hair that my other stylist didn't, totally a awful color, greyish brown and i have never been unhappier with leaving a salon versus needing my roots done prior to coming to appointment. They don't honor their word with promotions or discounts and you never know how much you are going to pay versus what they told you. Plus, the actual salon is poorly set up; televisions don't work and bathrooms will be out of service while the salon is open.

Collage is a salon not far that has great stylist and management.

I've been going to this salon almost 3 1/2 years. Beautiful salon that is well maintained. Staff is friendly. Never a hectic vibe. Always calm and relaxing.

Ask for JANELLE if you are looking for a new stylist. She is talented, has attention to detail and is very personable. She is experienced with color and will work with you finding out what works best for you.
