• Everyone on staff is so lovely. I was running late and I was so touched that someone (I forgot her name!) was waiting for me at the park’s entrance to guide me to the group. I had some anxiety from being late but I was greet with a warm smile and assurance that all was fine and it just set the mood for relaxation, gratitude and acceptance. I couldn’t hear some of the guided meditation but the sound bowls were amazing, it was good to be outside and I am happy I was able to mark the solstice with this experience. 🙏
