• My husband booked a 90 minute service and they only did 60 minutes since they accidentally ended my service early thinking a 60 min session was booked. She did come out and apologize after once I was asked by the young lady at the front desk if i had decided to cut my session short and I notified her i didn’t and that the therapist just ended early (she went to go ask her and she came out to apologize). Also, the two areas I asked to be the focus were the areas that were done the least (lower back and hands- did less than a minute on each hand and once hand she did fingers and in the other she did not). I know we all have off days so I will still be back.
