• I was excited to see all I take forms were electronic since I know in the past I filled them out 15 min to my appointment so the massage therapist couldn't really see them or know what I would all want and all needed info. But I was excited to see the electronic form and knowing they would have more time to reply review them before my service. However that was not the case, I had to tell her most of my info I wrote (I wrote a lot so I didn't tell her everything). She also mentioned she didn't see it. Then during my massage she did things I had asked not to be done on my form. I am not good with speaking up so I just didn't mention it but wished she would have read the I take form I took a while to write up for myself and my dad (he also had to inform his on what he wanted but thankfully she spoke Spanish and all was well). Still enjoyed my massage but I am soar today and that's the main thing I did not want. Nevertheless I just recommend verde to my cousin and she'll be taking her parents.
