• My therapist was excellent. I took 1 point away because the rooms do not have actual walls dividing them so it's less relaxing than a typical spa.

• Loved my massage with Hildegard - she's amazing!! However, I could hear the woman getting a massage in the next room over and it was very disruptive to my experience and disappointing. Clients and therapists should be reminded to keep their voices down as the new spaces doesn't have the same privacy as before.
