• Loved the service and the atmosphere. I've been in many years of hospitality and the experience from when the guest walks in the door should be tailored to show all of what there is to offer. Drinks, maybe even upsell treatments and talk about the products used. Obviously not everyone wants to chat away, but I felt like I didn't get the whole experience I could have had I known what my options were as I came in the door being a first time customer (which I mentioned at the time of booking). Overall, I'd love to come back!
