You were very welcoming to Merrick when he came in. He was nervous because he recently had a bad experience with a coach at another facility. I was also nervous. You put him at ease and he had a good lesson

Because we were greeted as we came in the door and then the person who helped us was friendly and helpful. In fact, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Good vibe. No machismo so I felt comfortable there w my son. I'm bringing him back tomorrow and Saturday or Sunday.

The facility is far superior in size and amenities to other indoor baseball facilities in the area, it appears to be a real commitment to long term quality. James is terrific, and does a great job.
