The instructor for this class was so great on giving cues and varying the intensity of the class. It was just the right level of challenge. I thought it was a lovely class.
I just feel like Veda is the real deal - teachers are so friendly and passionate and the overall vibe is what I want and need in a yoga studio / and the teachers are all excellent - I've been to hundreds of classes and this place is for me💜
Studio is very welcoming, classes are challenging and staff is very friendly.
It was a great yoga class with a receptive and welcoming front desk, a well-rounded and prepared yoga teacher, and with all the resources required for a student to be fully engaged in class.
