The space is welcoming, the people were lovely, and the class experience was wonderful.
We loved the teachers' training class. All the instructors were so open and welcoming....and the adjustments were awesome!
Great studio, friendly people, nice music, great teacher. The only thing I don't love about the studio is the floor. It's so soft and squishy that it's hard to find and maintain balance.
Lauren is an amazing instructor. She demonstrates her passion and skill every time I take her class.
