Judy's class was challenging but fun. She was easy to follow, relatable and motivating.

I'm a long time member of the Veda community. I love that I can still be a part of it at this time.
The studio is super comforting and cozy. The instructor, I think her name was Nora, was amazing! She was really easy to follow and her class provided a great balance of challenge and strength. I felt like I was able to sit deeper in the positions. I am a beginner, but there was definitely some advanced folks in my class. I think Veda is a great place for people of all levels.
