• I've had many hair stylists over the years. I've always explained that my hair is more difficult than it seems and what needs to be done. Even though I was clear they still got it wrong. With Refaella it's like I didn't need to explain anything, like she understands my hair better than I do. Every time I go to her I know how amazing I'll look after and the amount of compliments I get is proof of what an true artist she really is. Plus she manages to make the process fun and the time seems to fly by.
