Going to Vasu is like going home. In my hectic life I don't get there as often as I would like. I always feel a sense of relief and welcome just by stepping into the reception area. The beautiful sunlit studio greets me and I'm glad I'm there without having performed one asana. Natalie is my Yoga Mama, and I'm always refreshed by taking the time to come home to Vasu.
