• This is nitpickey but... at some point, maybe last year, I noticed the technicians stopped assisting customers with putting sandals on after a pedicure which is hard for the customers to do themselves without damaging the polish. Normally I feel like that's part of the service before they leave you. While I was there at least two customers damaged their polish putting their sandals on and the technician had to stop what they were doing with another customer to fix it. So sounds like it's a common problem.
