• This was my first visit and with Covid guidelines it would have been helpful to have a quick overview of my experience. I think this was unique to the current environment so I would not consider a 9 NPS to be viewed as negative. Overall the experience was great and I will be back in the future!

• Very clean with temperature check and hand sanitizer before entry, glass dividers between every chair and only using every other chair, everyone wore masks and I had the best foot rub that I’ve had in a very long time.

• Always love the cleanliness. And it's even cleaner now. 😌. Best colors to choose from. Great filing and polishing. Would've been nice to of had 5 or 10 minutes to let manicure dry. I messed up my nail in the car. 😩😩. ( I know it might be kinda hard due to Covid. ). Next time I'll make sure to do my Mani first.
