• The environment was welcoming, calming, and very relaxing. Vicky was very kind and gave a great arm massage that really helped my tense muscles relax. Her cleanliness and skill also produced a high quality gel manicure that hasn't chipped yet a day later.

• Rosa was terrific -- nice conversation and perfect pedicure. Certainly I also like the 'oasis of calm' atmosphere at VL. One thing they could improve: Seriously, 100% avoid single use plastics and foams. I am more and more cutting down on 'luxuries' (and even necessities) where plastics are used.
