• I took my daughter for a manicure as a birthday surprise. She picked a color that ultimately was too pale to really show up. It wasn’t the the nail technician’s fault because my daughter didn’t tell her. The nail technician that was doing my nails noticed her crying later and came over to see what was wrong. She ended up repainting her nails with a new color. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy. Now that’s great customer service!
