• For several reasons! 😀 The salon was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was greeted nicely. Some places you go into and they don't even make eye contact with you. Jovanna (I hope I'm spelling her name right) was clearly experienced and she was also super personable which is important. I am always a little nervous when I see someone new, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She exudes confidence. She was sweet. Her prices are fair. In fact, I feel really stupid. I didn't tip her enough. I ended up tipping her 30% but I didn't realize the service was only $18. So 30% is only $5.40. I tip way better than that so I feel really bad. I'll make up for it next time. I'll be re-booking in a couple weeks. I thought the entire experience was great and I will absolutely recommend her to all of my friends!!

• Just love this place. The most enjoyable waxing I have ever experienced! Painless and very effective. Wonderful, friendly staff, convenient location. This is definitely my place for waxing in Tucson!
