• This was my first time going to Vanity Room. I had such a welcoming experience from the get-go! When I called to set up an appointment, Maddie answered the phone and was happy to answer all of my questions. She set me up with an appointment that day. My esthetician was Sabrina. She was very knowledgeable and did exactly what I had asked. She even went above and beyond and showed me how to fill in my eyebrows. Having been in customer service for over 12 years, I really appreciated the customer service shown to me-especially with it being my first time there! I have already scheduled my next appointment! I will not be going anywhere else!!
