• I went as a volunteer model for a training. Your new staff member was very cordial, polite, professional, and she did a great job. She was very sweet but I am drawing a blank on her name. The only downside of the appt, which I have never experienced during other appointments at vanity, and isn't really your fault, was the horrible woman on the table next to me who wouldn't shut up.....going on and on about her life and dropping f bombs like crazy. I'm not necessarily offended by language, but thought about other people who may have been in there just trying to relax and enjoy whatever treatment they scheduled and paid for. It's hard to confront a guest in that situation as a service provider, but for the sake of your other customers, maybe staff or management should feel empowered to ask someone to tone it down for the sake of other guests. I suspect the employee who was working on her felt uncomfortable saying anything to her and that is understandable. But the woman had zero self-awareness or she didn't give a crap, so I think as a service provider sometimes it's ok to let someone know how their behavior, or voice, or language may be affecting or disturbing other guest's experience.
