• Kimberly is great her lashes stay on I went to Karissa for four years and I stayed with her because some of the other tech lashes literally fell off seven days later or they were every which way! It's interesting the Mill Creek location feels more like McDonald's / club the Edmonds location feels more like a salon/spa:)

• The front desk staff lady was very nice. She greeted and remembered me which made me feel super welcomed and enjoyed my visit. Kimberly was as nice as usual so it was an awesome experience. Everything made me feel better as in I didn't just come here to get a simple service, I came to be relaxed and got pampered after a long week.
