• Gave and 9 instead of 10 because the front desk receptionist didn't greet me when I walked in and wasn't very welcoming. The lash technician didn't offer any care instructions for the lashes (this was my first full set in 20 months). The lash technician was extremely friendly though and I will definitely be back!
