We are excited to see you! Here's a little info to help you prepare for your appointment!
    We ask that you please arrive on time. This will give you enough time to ask any questions you need to ask while allowing the proper amount of time for your service.

    VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ  - Our Boutique is a little tricky to find.  We are on Irvine Ave. behind the Irvine Ranch Market, in suite 144.  If you are facing the market, you will drive to the left of the market and up and behind it. You can park up behind the market, and we are the first group of suites once you get in the back. If you have trouble finding us, just give us a ring and we'll direct you.

    *If you scheduled a MOBILE appointment and we are coming to you, disregard the address and directions.

    If you are getting a makeup service, please come with a clean face and nothing on with the exception of light moisturizer with SPF no higher than 15. Also, please bring photos of any looks you love!

    If you are getting a hair styling service, bring some photos of looks you are hoping to acheive. Pictures are extremely helpful for makeup artists and hair stylists. Sometimes descriptions don't articulate your vision quite as you may have imagined.

    If you are getting a hair color service, please expect an email or call from us to get more information from you so that we can ensure we have enough time alotted. If we don't hear back from you before your appointment and you have booked the wrong service, your appt may default to a consultation appt. 

    If you are getting eyelash extensions, please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup and mascara. This will not only save time but will also allow the proper 24 hour water-free period needed after the application. You will not be able to use makeup or clean your eye area for 24 hours after the application. We also suggest that you avoid consuming caffeine prior to your appointment. You will be very still with your eyes closed for a long period of time and that can be made difficult if you have consumed caffeine. 

    Attention Brides:  Please disregard the time of your appt. through our automated system for your WEDDING DAY services, it defaults to our operating hours. Your "day of" beauty schedule that we send to you is the time frame we go off of.  However, your bridal trial appt. time is accurate in our booking system. Don't hesitate to email or call us if you have any questions on this. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

    We accept cash, check, and credit card (we do not accept American Express).

    When in doubt, call us! If you are unsure about anything you have read or about your appointment time, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you have.
