SO many reasons! Walking in i was met with smiling and happy CLIENTS, seemed like everyone was in a good mood. Maybe it's like Vegas and they pump O2 in there or something, but then of course Mark was really awesome about making me feel comfortable for my initial consult, which I had previously set aside some time to do the procedure - which wasn't that long (ring tattoo from ex wife to be removed) - and all that. Diane was awesome so sweet and professional and the whole thing was over and my next appointment booked in 15 -20 minutes. I have a notably small tattoo which is a wedding band (oops) that NEEDS to be removed.

Definitely returning to finish the process and look at some BAD ink that was done and needs to get removed as well. Looking forward to my next appointment!!

I scheduled my first appointment with Vanishing Ink over the weekend. I am nothing short of impressed. The staff (a husband and wife duo) are delightful and kind people. The facilities were very clean. The actual laser hair removal itself was painless (no joke, painless). I'm so glad I took a chance on this place.

Diane and her husband are amazing ! Extremely Knowledgeable , professional and state of the state technology. Recommend to everyone ! Laser is painless ! Dr. Gibson has an artistic eye and does phenomenal work ! I would not trust anyone else. Her and her husband are beyond kind and heart- warming !

Great experience all around. The staff is extremely professional and will trained. They use a top of the line laser that removes all colors of ink. I am very excited about this place opening last month at the perfect time right when i was ready for treatments!

I had my first treatment on two separate tattoos a little over a week ago and already am seeing very noticeable results. One is 4 years old, that one I am having some of the black ink removed so i can improve it, some of the lines are already completely gone. The other one I'm lightening to have it redone since the artist did a sloppy job. It is only 4 months old which makes it harder to remove than an older tattoo and it's pretty large, it has dramatically lightened overall and i already think it looks better. They told me they will continue to fade over the next 5 weeks and i have already seen it get lighter throughout the first week.

The process actually hurt a lot less then when i got the tattoo and only took about ten minutes for both tattoos, and one covers my entire shoulder. I have very sensitive skin and i did not experience any blistering or bleeding whatsoever. Twelve years ago I had two small tattoos laser removed by a plastic surgeon and had both reactions afterwards so i feel like this laser is much more gentle while being much more effective.

They also have discounts if you choose to pay for multiple treatments at once. I took advantage of the deal and am looking forward to going back for my next treatment in a month from now.

Dr. Gibson is great! I recently had my lips injected with juvederm and I couldn't be happier. I was very nervous about changing my lips, but Dr. Gibson took his time and he made sure I was happy with the result after every injection. Highly recommend seeing him for your lips!

Amazing experience every time. They use only the highest quality technology and are very knowledgeable. My lip injections turned out perfectly! Will definitely be returning for all the other services they offer!

I've had multiple treatments at Vanishing Ink and the experience from beginning to end has been wonderful! The prices are reasonable, the facility is very clean, and the staff is professional and very nice. I highly recommend them!

Still leaves ink. Was completely unimpressed with this service and the price tag. There are a lot of companies closer to Chicago who do a much better job. My wife had a matching tattoo to mine and had it removed in the city and it looked much better. Perhaps it was my skin type but just felt wrong
