  • I was taken back to the room pretty quickly. Jess was kind and confident on what she was doing Randy was knowledgeable and patient with her. Even though my hair isn't exactly like my picture showed, she did a good job. I went from shoulder length to a pixie cut so I'm sure I have to get used to it. I find I always like my hair better after I wash and style it.
