• I've tried ski conditioning at another club in Vail and the experience is reminiscent of a cattle drive set to loud music (seriously, lots of collisions and the trainers chase strays). At VAC I get lots of personal attention, encouragement, and form correction to prevent injury. I am not a morning person, but as I start my third week in the VAC winter sports conditioning class, I find myself waking up at 5 am without an alarm clock, excited for another challenging workout.
