So much fun! Unique, fast-paced boxing workouts with personable trainers keep the atmosphere and workout intense but comfortable and fun at the same time!
The trainer motivates you to do your best and work hard. He explained every exercise and came around to make sure you were doing them correctly. The music was great and energy level in the room was on point!
