The best way to describe USMMA is community. It doesn’t feel like a gym…the staff and instructors encourage you to bring the best of who you are or who you want to be each day. I’m not “the best” at yoga and I never feel like I don’t fit in. I’ve learned so much and look forward to every class. Thank you!
