Courtney and Kim are simply amazing and I appreciate you guys keeping the online live classes as it's much easier for me to do from home although I'd rather be in studio!
The class was comfortable . The exercise was a bit challenging , which my body appreciated 😉 shawna was so very personable and sweet , I had a great time .
