You guys (Danielle & Tom) are so incredibly warm & welcoming (& fun!) to everyone & although I only currently attend 1 yoga class/ week online (Courtney's on Sunday am) - I absolutely love it. Her classes can be as challenging as you want them to be and they also have a beautiful spiritual side as well. I love starting my Sunday morning with her class whenever I can. 😊🙏☮️ Miss you all!
