i really enjoyed charles' class! i felt challenged but also taken care of. charles gave helpful adjustments and advice throughout class. transitions were smooth and i definitely got a good sweat in which makes me feel like i am getting exactly what i paid for! i look forward to taking more of his classes in the future.
