Everyone is nice, very understanding, the trainers are amazing, and it's just a great place over all
Love the instructor, Molly. She is kind and encouraging while pushing us in our yoga practice.
Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The yoga studio was gorgeous and the instructor was knowledgeable and offered assistance, encouragement, and modifications to keep everyone involved and in the flow. Can't wait to come back!
