The Yoga teachers @ USMMA have a great mix of strength,flow,deep breathing and relaxation,& the classes are filled with love and great vibes. 🧘🏾♂️

Courtney is truly a gift. And I love that it's a casual vibe - not too snobby - not too crunchy - not too serious - and by serious I mean the type of feeling that makes beginners/new to the studio afraid to be there - what IS serious is the professionalism and level of thoughtful, preparedness and commitment. It feels accessible and fulfilling to all levels of yogis.
