Facility is very comfortable and clean. Sarah was extremely helpful and kind. Lots of bio-hacking / self-care options. Convenient parking. Only thing I would add is a TV to the IR sauna room. It would make the heat less of a focus and time goes faster. I was way too focused on when it was ending without a TV.
