• Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Same day appt. Liked getting to choose my song for cryotherapy. Stated that my nose gets painful in cold weather. Staff gave me a warmer mask to wear during my service. Staff explained all membership and packages to me. Although Staff did change paper that my face layed on for pinpoint cryotherapy add on, they did not wipe down the actual table with the spray that was present. Face mask smelled like it had been left in washer too long before drying.
