• Armani was very professional, she listened to my concerns and questions seeing as I'm 1 month post op after back surgery. She was very thorough in explaining the chamber and the red light therapy.

• It wasn't just a massage, Misha talking thru everything with me about why my muscles were either super tight or how one side was weaker/less developed then others. Also doing stretches during the massage helped out quite a bit too
