• When I came in i was so stressed out about work, ulcer-stressed out. I hit the chamber and took great big deep breaths and things started getting better. Did the red light and got even more relaxed. Finished my session with a quick 15 min massage from Sofia and she did all the right things. I left feeling great. Like a huge weight was lifted from me mentally and physically.
