After 6 months regular chamber and red light: (order of what I think is most effective based on my body response) 1) improved mood 2) improved sleep 3) body scupting (calorie burn) 4) reduced inflammation ( not as much soreness after work out 5) reduced chronic pain But what tops it all is your staff rocks!They are all awesome!!
