From the moment I arrived, Stacey was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and making me feel completely welcomed. Then, during my procedure with Megan last night, I was genuinely touched by her kindness and understanding toward my health issues and chronic pain. She made sure I could take my time, which meant so much to me that I even teared up at the end while thanking her. It's rare to feel truly accepted as someone managing a chronic illness, but your team created such a warm, compassionate atmosphere.
