• Jenna was an absolute 10...I will be back! The reason the total score wasn't a complete 10 was that it was my first experience in the Urbanna Spa and I know that from my experience in the salon that management would have preferred been offered. There was no "tour" of the facility so that I knew where I was going and what amenities came with my visit, and there was no offer for a glass of wine or champagne. I understand the spa was very busy on my visit (and that is a very good sign!), but there were also no water glasses in the waiting area. I used a mug instead. The glasses came in shortly before I went for my massage. I felt the value for the services I received was very good and I have rebooked. Thank you!

• This is an amazing place to spoil oneself. I would like to suggest that when someone is new, like myself, and and I mean new...new to the world of spa life, that a more complete tour be given. For example, the steam room and how it works. How much time can one stay after massage and where. Apart from that my appointment with Sheri was delicious!

• The front desk girls are so welcoming. I love the ambiance of the building. The atmosphere is very calming. I enjoy the sauna in the ladies' locker room. It truly is a relaxing experience every time I'm there. The spa staff are very professional, and I leave feeling like a new person.
