• Taylor, my beautician, was wonderful. He was friendly and did an excellent job cutting my hair. The receptionist, on the other hand, was very abrasive. She needs to learn customer service skills.

• I like Urbanna and have been a long time customer of Linda Beil. She is the kindest, most giving person I know. The staff are friendly and outgoing making sure I'm always comfortable. The atmosphere is like home. Beautiful and clean. Urbanna is a great place to be pampered. ❤️
