• My massage was wonderful! However the young lady working the front desk was not friendly at all. It felt like we were almost bothering her when inquiring about the different products available.She didn’t explain what drinks/ teas were available This was also our first time trying Urbana. Besides that the ambiance was beautiful and we really enjoyed our couple massages.
