• I would choose a 10 but I feel allowing people to talk on their cell phones in a spa environment is unnecessary and pivots the client from fully immersing themselves in the calm you created. I asked the front desk about it and they said they can't stop people from doing it nor do they have a policy. That's odd compared to a lot of spas I have visited in the past. Otherwise, great experience!
