• I really like Urbana because it's a spa experience as soon as you walk in. They offer you water, have a cushy waiting area and are very accommodating. Once I got back for my massage, I had a fantastic experience. I was asked every little detail before my massage to make sure I was comfortable and my preferences were applied. My massage was fantastic and I felt so much relief in my muscles. Checkout process was simple since my card was already on file. I left and still felt relaxed. A+
